Today we attended the Better Business Bureau's Integrity award ceremony at the Cornhusker Hotel in Lincoln NE. I accepted on behalf of QC Inc, the "Ambassador of Integrity" award. Tom Osborne was the guest speaker at the luncheon and I was blown away later when I got to shake his hand and meet him. It was an honor to be recognized at such a star studded event!!

Our new Omaha Store opened August 1st. Our existing Omaha office at 129th Street is now our corporate office. Our new store is at 2918 S 84th, just north of I-80 by Shopko. We have more bench space for repair than any other computer repair company that I am aware of. See some pics in our NEWS section.

I counted and we received over 50 calls Monday. All of the calls were answered within 2 rings. Those are amazing numbers in our industry. You'd be suprised how many numbers we measure and improve upon on a day to day basis. All to keep us better connected with our customers.
